1. Information We Do Not Collect

At SeekhKar, we believe that your financial data is personal and should remain strictly private. All financial calculations, budgeting logs, loan details, and tax inputs occur completely within your local web browser environment. We do not transmit, upload, save, or store any of your inputs on our web servers.

2. Portfolio Tracker

Portfolio tracker entries are stored in your browser's local database (IndexedDB) on your device. They are never sent to SeekhKar or anyone else. Backup files you choose are read in your browser and not uploaded.

Because this data exists only on your device, clearing your browser data, using a private window, or changing browser or device removes it. Use the backup button on the portfolio page to keep a copy.

3. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

SeekhKar shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can turn off personalised ads in Google's My Ad Center, and opt out of other vendors' cookies for personalised ads at aboutads.info.

SeekhKar does not send your calculator inputs or portfolio data to Google or anyone else, and does not load analytics scripts. The site may save small preferences in your browser so it works offline (see below).

Offline use: if your browser supports it, SeekhKar stores copies of pages and the latest market data it has shown you, so the site keeps working without a connection. These copies stay on your device.

4. Contacting Us

If you choose to contact us through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. We only use this information to respond to your specific inquiry.
